What I will need from you when we meet…
I will be ready to take pictures of the house and yard. Please
have the house clean and the yard mowed.
Please have 2 working keys to your front door. I use 2 different types of lock boxes to ensure all REALTORS® can access your house.
I will need the following information:
1. Your mortgage loan number, company, and toll-free number.
2. The name address and phone number of the president of your
homeowners association and/or condo association. Also, the name,
address and phone number of the person or company who collects
these fees from you, if different than the president.
3. If you pay a yearly front foot assessment (also known as a
capital facilities fee) I will need the name, address and phone
number of this company, as well as how much the yearly payment
is and when the payment ends.
4. The complete information for any other entity that collects
fees from you relating to the house.
5. A list of the features of your home and any upgrades done to
the house, along with the year done.
Helpful information…
A copy of the plat, a.k.a. location drawing or survey, that I
can take with me.
Floor plan
Any property info obtained from the builder
Attractive pictures of your home in all seasons
A copy of your homeowner’s association rules
I will be asking you detailed questions about the house, such as
the gallon capacity of the hot water heater and what fuel it
uses… be patient with this process because this is how we obtain
information to put in the REALTOR® database for all buyers to
see!
Don’t forget to have 2 keys ready for me!
