My Philosophy… Selling and buying your home begins with finding the right REALTOR®. I believe a successful business begins with a strong foundation. I build my business on my personal reputation and character. A majority of my business is referred to me by past clients. My goal with each new client is to build a strong, life-long relationship with them. I accomplish this goal by giving my clients world class service.
Most REALTORS® spend a large part of their workday searching for new business. Because my business comes to me through previous clients, my vision is different: I devote 100% of my time to you—focusing on your goals and dreams. I give you expert service, constant communication, and extraordinary results. Commitment to Excellence… I am committed to continually improving my expertise in real estate sales through continuing education. I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Sales) designation, the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and my Associate Broker’s license. These accomplishments all signify a high degree of dedication, knowledge and experience and are only awarded to a small percentage of all real estate agents.
Experience and Success… I was first indoctrinated into real estate at age 10, when my mother became a REALTOR®. She quickly became one of the top 1% of all REALTORS® in the country. For many years, I worked by her side and learned from one of the nation’s best. I have been selling real estate on my own since 1994, and have risen to the top of the nation’s REALTORS® on my own merits. My experience has given me in-depth knowledge of pricing, conditioning the property, marketing, contracts, negotiating, and coordinating all aspects of a successful sale.
